Review: School's Out - Forever by James Patterson
The flock who just managed to escape the Erasers are back on the road or, more specifically, the sky. However, they must postpone their around the world escape. Fang's been hurt, bad, and Max has to make the decision to trust someone again to keep everybody alive. She accepted the help of an FBI agent who offered them her house as their home but Max knows nothing lasts forever. The Erasers are back w/ upgrades, wings.
The flock's back to running for their lives. However, Erasers, with wings, lying adults are the least of their problems. What would the flock do if they have come face to face with their leader?
I seriously didn't like the beginning. The chillixing part was so boring. I mean Max is just freaking out more and more each day. However, it got really fun when they are out on the run again. New powers are coming up but I think the author is favoring Angel too much, which is so unfair. Though the book still hasn't revealed what Max is supposed to do, the ending was really great. Also, the naivete level is going down a notch.
It's really great that Fang and Max are getting together. Also, there is a great realization here: I'm liking Nudge and hating Angel more. Nudge is so cute; she is not the dumb blond type after all. However, Angel is getting way over her head and is super irritating. I pity Ari too.
